It is very important that you order the correct size, color and style in the beginning. As we can't accept any return, exchange, or issues refunds. All sales are FINAL.
We carefully inspect every order to ensure that the dress is exactly what you ordered and in absolutely perfect condition before it is shipped to you. However, if you do find any flaw or damage upon inspecting the time, you have 2 business days from the delivered date to let us know so we can work with you on the issues immediately. You must provide us with with a digital picture of the damage or flaw in question and email it us along with your order # and contact information. You would also need to return the item to us at your expense. We will re-inspect the merchandise and if the flaw or defection is found and confirmed, we will contact the manufacturer and expedite a replacement or repair for you right away. All expenses will be covered by us, including your return shipping charges. However, if the item is found to be non-defective, the item will be returned to you and you will be charged for the shipping to return the item to you and we will not refund the return shipping charges.

Returns or exchanges for shoes and handbags are accepted. If you are not completely satisfied with the product, please feel free to contact us and we will gladly assist you with any potential issue. Or we will gladly take them back and either refund you the cost of the item, exchange for another one (one-time), or give you a store credit for future purchases. Please understand that the shipping fee will not be refundable so as the fees to ship the items back, unless the fault was ours. Actual shipping charge will be deducted for items purchased under the FREE SHIPING promotion. Returned items must be in it's original form, not used, or worn. All packaging materials and boxes have to be returned together in order to qualify for the full refund. If not, a 15% restocking fee will apply. You need to contact us within 2 days of receiving your item and provide us with the return tracking numbers. To avoid soiling your shoes, please use socks or nylons while testing for fit. Also, we recommend that you try them on a carpeted floor to minimize scuffing the sole. This policy applies to all EXCEPT for the following conditions - All dyed products (Including the free ivory service from Dyeables), special overnight delivered items, and special marked downs. All jewelries sales are final. There is no returns or exchanges for it. Including, not limited to, tiaras, bracelets, chains, and rings. Please contact us if you have any question.

All un-opened toys and kid's instruments returns and exchanges are accepted. Buyers must contact us within 10 days of delivery date for a RMA before shipping it back to us. Original shipping charges are not refundable, even under FREE SHIPPING promotion.
